We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the vision and eye health of people around the world. Our mission is to provide access to quality eye care services and to promote awareness about the importance of eye health.
The Lions Eye Care Centre is one of the best eye specialty hospitals in all the major cities in India and has a track record of nearly a decade, treating millions of patients through super specialty Loins Eye Care Centre located in Jaitu Punjab. The institution has to its credit several firsts in the field of Ophthalmology in the country. We were amongst the first to introduce laser eye surgery both in laser refractive surgery as well as laser cataract surgery, which has greatly enhanced the precision of cataract operations. Our hospitals also comply with the NABH standards.
We run a variety of programs to achieve our mission, including:
Mobile Eye Clinics: We operate mobile clinics that travel to remote areas to provide eye care services to people who otherwise would not have access to them.
School Eye Health Program: We partner with schools to provide eye screenings and exams to students, as well as education on eye health and hygiene.
Community Outreach: We work with local organizations and community leaders to raise awareness about the importance of eye health and provide access to eye care services.
Training and Capacity Building: We train local eye care professionals and support the development of sustainable eye care systems in the communities we serve.
